Renting a Storage Unit

When can I move in?

You can move in anytime during normal business hours as long as we have a space that fits your needs.

What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Renters must be at least 18 years old. Insurance is also required—you can use your own or choose one of our affordable insurance options.

How much space will I need?

Use our convenient storage unit size guide on the website or give us a call. Our staff can help you find the right unit size for your belongings.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, all rentals are on a month-to-month basis unless you request a longer-term option. Ask about prepayment specials if you’re interested in extended rentals.

What documentation is required to rent an RV/Boat/Vehicle parking space?

RV, boat, or vehicle customers must provide current registration and proof of insurance for the vehicle.


Payments and Supplies

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made in person, by mail, or online through our website. You can also sign up for our automatic monthly billing option.

Do you sell boxes and other supplies?

Yes, we sell boxes, tape, and a variety of moving and storage supplies in our office.


Facility Access and Moving Out

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. You’ll receive your own security pass code when you sign your rental agreement, allowing access between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available?

Yes, we provide complimentary carts on-site to help make moving in more convenient.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

While rentals are month-to-month, we do ask for a 10-day notice before you move out.

Are there any items I cannot store in my storage unit?

Yes. For safety reasons, you may not store liquids, explosives, flammable or toxic materials, or perishable items. If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us first.
