When can I move in?

You can move in anytime during normal business hours if a space meets your needs.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (for example, a driver’s license, state ID, or passport). All renters must be 18 years old. We also require insurance. We offer affordable insurance options for our customers, or you can provide us with proof of coverage if you have your own insurance.

What documentation is required to rent an RV/Boat parking space?

For our RV/Boat customers, we require a copy of your current registration and insurance on the vehicle.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. Ask our friendly staff about longer-term options and prepayment specials.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, or pay through our website. Sign up for our convenient monthly autopay option.

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash.

Do you sell boxes and other supplies?

Yes. We sell various disc locks and moving supplies in our office for all your moving and storage needs.

How much space will I need?

You can use our Storage Calculator tool on our website or call our team for assistance. Our staff is trained to understand your needs and select the unit that is the right size for you.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store in my unit?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?

At the time of signing, you will be given your own security pass code, which will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours, 7:00 AM — 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Do you have handcarts & dollies available at your facility?

Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
